> 6 weeks of suprapubic tenderness + dysuria that is unexplained, with negative laboratory and urinary findings.

Anterior vaginal wall pain. (The bladder is anterior to the vagina.)

What is the recommended approach to treating chronic interstitial cystitis?
A
You don’t treat. Steroids are wrong answer.
