A

Multifactorial; some studies have identified an autoantibody-mediated process.

What are common symptoms of peripartum cardiomyopathy?

A

Gradually worsening shortness of breath on exertion (LHF finding at minimum); depending on severity, possible JVD, and significant pitting edema (RHF findings)
