Tank to pump - sends water to the eye of the pump then it goes to discharge.

Pump Steps
- Pull Emergency Brake
- Neutral
- Road to Pump (2-step)
- Drive (Pump engaged, Ok to Pump will light up on dash and on console, RPM and MPH will increase)
- Chock Wheels
- Panel Lights
- Tank to Pump
- Tank Fill/Recirculate
- Preset
- Open appropriate hoses
- Adjust increase and decrease based on hose and length.
Oil
- Generator, Apparatus Engine, Small Tools all use the same oil
- 15W 40
Filling the Water Tank
- Drivers Inlet
- Push lever to open
- Open Tank Fill/Recirculate
Pump Primer
- Primes the pump
- Removes air from the main pump piping.
PPV Fan
-Low oil sensor will shut itself off if low oil or low oil and PPV fan is tilted.

Which line should you set your Engine Pressure at?
Always pump to your longest line.
Pump to the line with the most friction loss.
-Everything else is manually done and gated back.

Generator
- Do not start or stop generator under load.
- Start Generator
- (Electrical Panel)
- Right Flood, Right Outlet, Left Flood, Left Outlet - Turn off Load
- Shut down generator
Engine Pressures for hoselines on E-92
2 Preconnect, 150’ of 1 3/4” = (118 EP)
Discharge #2, 200’ of 1 3/4” = (127 EP)
Booster Reel, 200’ of 1” = (150 EP)
Deck Gun, = (125 EP, 100 for the Nozzle, 25 for friction loss in the appliance)
Blitz, 150’ of 2 1/2” = (113 EP)
