- Alarm Soft (through dedicated phone lines)
- 911 Back Lines (non-emergency)

Describe the geographical area served by the Dispatch Center?
- Dispatch receives calls for all of Yakima County.
- Calls in the lower valley are transferred to the responding agency via a direct line so they can receiver, handle and dispatch their own calls.
- Fire dispatch covers a 561 square mile area that includes 10 Fire Districts, and 2 Cities, all of the Upper Valley Agencies.
- Police Dispatch cover the Cities of Yakima and Union Gap.
