IS A KIND OF INDIRECT REFLEXIVE, USED OF ANOTHER PERSON, IN THIS CASE Rāma , WHO, Guha SPECULATES, IS UNAWARE OF Bharata’s ACTIONS, HENCE:
पापं कर्तुं रामस्याविदितात्मनः == ‘(Guha thinks, “Bharata has perhaps come) to do mischief to Rāma, who does not know anything about his own (Bharata’s) movements”’

समाकृष्य नावस् == ‘having withdrawn all the boats’ (transl.) I.E. Guha’s men will hide all the boats on the river so as to deny Bharata’s army passage
NOTE; AS PER THE transl. WE MUST EMEND गङ्गा TO गङ्गां HERE AND TAKE IT WITH तरिष्यति AT THE END OF THE PRECEDING LINE (enjambment).
