critique against article III of the constitution

People said they didn't want life tenure for judges. Hamilton responded saying they are the least powerful people because all they do is interpret law (which is not true)

what is the constitutional court? how does it differ from a legislative court

The constituional court relates back to article 3 saying members have life tenure. The legislative court is a military court in which members do not serve for lyfe

What are the different types of opinions?

majority, concerning, dissenting, plurality

establishes rule of law and reason for rule of law

concurring opinion

a judge that agrees with an outcome, but a different reasoning for that outcome

Dissent opinion

disagree with the outcome , and why that should be the outcome

There is a majority who agree with the outcome, but not the rationale. (The reason for that being the outcome)

Anyone can apply. goes through a committee of 5 people to decide who moves into the top three. The governor then picks out of those three
