रावणो राघवद्वेषादनिशं हृदि भावयन्।
भृत्यैः सह सदा रामचरितं द्वेषसंयुतः ॥८४॥
== ‘(Ravana) has always been talking about Rama’s doings with his servants, besides ever anxiously thinking about him in his heart.’
THE THING IS, Causal bhāvayati- (√भू ) REALLY MEANS ‘think about, mediate upon INTERNALLY (हृदि )’ BUT THEN THE TEXT ADDS ON भृत्यैः सह SO THE (transl.) QUITE RIGHTLY HAS TO ADD IN THE IDEA OF ‘talking about’ AS WELL.
\
Causal bhāvayati- (rarely te-; Aorist abībhavat- grammar; infinitive mood bhāvitum- ; Passive voice bhāvyate-etc. ), to cause to be or become, call into existence or life, originate, produce, cause, create ; to cherish, foster, animate, enliven, refresh, encourage, promote, further etc. ; to addict or devote one’s self to, practise (accusative) ; to subdue, control ; (also A1. ) to obtain ; to manifest, exhibit, show, betray ; to purify ; to present to the mind, think about, consider, know, recognize as or take for (two accusative) etc. ; to mingle, mix, saturate, soak, perfume (confer, compare bhāvita-,): Desiderative of Causal bibhāvayiṣati- (), to wish to cause to be etc. :

Kālidāsa describes the beauty of this tree as being akin to that of the saffron-mark on the forehead of a woman. The name suggests a relation to tila. the sesame plant, Sesamum indicum Linn. Now this plant has got flowers that have got a very pretty appearance. It is a shrub and not a tree. It grows four to five feet in height. Its flower has five petals. The lower petal is the longest. सुरवरविनुत adj. (?) == ‘the highly coveted Status’ (transl.)

सुरवर SEEMS LIKE IT WOULD MEAN ‘best of the gods’ == Indra (A KNOWN CULT NAME)
BUT I CANNOT FIND विनुत [ND] ?
विनु A1. -navate-, to go or spread in different directions ????
IT WOULD BE THE PPP OF √विनु == वि+ √नु (‘to praise’) BUT THERE IS NO TRACE OF A √विनु IN THE DICTIONARIES. BUT I THINK THIS HAS TO BE RIGHT.
ALL I CAN FIND IS THIS FROM THE URBAN DICTIONARY:
