लोकद्वयहिताय DAT SG N
== ‘for the welfare of men both here and hereafter’ (transl.)
I THINK THIS IS A FUDGE. THE “TWO WORLDS” (“WORLD DUALITY”) PUZZLES ME. USUALLY THEY TALK OF 3 WORLDS, NOT TWO. MAYBE…
== ‘for the welfare (of men trapped) in the duality of the world’ (?)
LIT ‘for the world-duality-welfare’

गुह m.
गुह m.
== Guha is the name of the hunter-chieftain who helps Sri Ram during his exile. His story is found in Ayodhya Khanda of Ramayana. Guha is a prime example of humility, reverence and friendship. He resided and ruled from Sringaverapura on the banks of Ganga. Bhagvan Sri Ram, Mata Sita and Lakshman visited Guha during Sri Ram’s 14 year exile.

जडास्
जडास् I THINK THIS (NOM. PL. M.) IS GOING WITH आयसादयः IN THE PRECEDING LINE (WITH ENJAMBMENT):
== like LIFELESS iron filings move on account of the presence of a magnet’
THE (transl.) TRIES TO TAKE IT WITH माया BUT THAT WOULD REQUIRE जडा
MAYBE IT IS PICKING UP ‘worlds / people’ (लोकाः) FROM THE PREVIOUS LINE (IN WHICH CASE IT COULD MEAN ‘stupid’, ‘unaware’ RATHER THAN ‘lifeless’, ‘inanimate’) (?)
