Opens when CO <3000gpm and discharge pressure >100#.
What is the purpose of CO-V-5?
Protects the pump string and prevents draining the heater.
What is the function of CO-T-9 (Condensate Head Tank)?
It is AUTO filled from CO-P-2 discharge and supplies condenser vacuum seals, with vacuum pump seals tapping off before the head tank.
What action should be taken for emergency NS-T-1 makeup if DW-P-1 is unavailable and NS-T-1 level is lowering?
OPEN CO-V-170.
What happens if CO-FE-9 fails low?
CO flow will increase, the recirculation valve will OPEN, and the discharge pressure of the booster pumps will decrease (higher flow).
What is the restoration requirement if both CO-T-1A/B level transmitters are INOPERABLE?
They must be restored within 7 days.
