1. Stop antibiotics
2. Fluid + electrolyte resuscitation for patients with diarrhoea
3. ORAL vancomycin/ metronidazole to combat C. diff
Other options (but are VERY ££££££) are fidaxomicin or bezlotoxumab OR faecal transfer
