Rowena decides to use the card she got from Thaddeus Blinn. She wishes that “Henry Piper would put down roots here in Coven Tree and never leave again.”

As a result of Rowena’s decision, Henry is in a fix. His feet seem to be stuck to the ground. And he can’t move eithe of them no matter how hard he tried.

Sam Waxman let out a snort that a horse would be proud of when Rowena asked her mom if Henry Piper could stay at their house this time. He made fun of a conversation he heard Rowena and Henry having.
