A
Endoscopic surveillance would be considered in patients with pre-malignant conditions or those with persistent symptoms despite successful H. pylori eradication and adequate acid suppression.

no antibiotics in past 4 weeks, no antisecretory drugs (e.g. PPI) in past 2 weeks
